Philips Respironics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Philips Respironics at its sole discretion.

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible customer is automatically enrolled in the Philips Respironics Respiratory Rewards Program and is assigned a user login, used to gain access to the Respiratory Rewards Program web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.

Redemption and Deduction of Points: Any Respiratory Reward points not redeemed before the expiration of the points (180 days after first point is awarded) will expire. Reward points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash. The Reward points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another member. Reward points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward: Philips Respironics reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.

Statements of Philips Respironics Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Philips Respironics Respiratory Reward points point balances.

Termination of Program: Philips Respironics reserves the right to terminate the Respiratory Rewards Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the Respiratory Rewards Program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.

Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Philips Respironics Respiratory Rewards online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Respiratory Rewards online catalog.

Promotional Events: From time to time Philips Respironics, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Respiratory Reward Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.

Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating customer and not Philips Respironics or any of its affiliates or agents. Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the online catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

The information collected on this web site will be provided to and used by Philips Respironics only in connection with the Philips Respironics Respiratory Rewards Program.
